We were offered a good service. The breakfast was great with good views; the location was magnificent. Location: the hotel was near train station and Tugu Monument as a landmark of Malang.

Favourable location in a great area, really close to train station and Tugu Monument as a landmark of Malang and convenience store and the mountains of East Java. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option, the hotel is located in a mostly Muslim area with several restaurants within walking distance. it's close to the train station, which makes transportation more accessible. The room was spacious and clean with large windows that provided natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the staff was welcoming and kind. I really appreciated the free pick-up from the train station and the great value for my money. the location was ideal for exploring the city as it was conveniently situated near many attractions.

I did have a couple of disappointments during my stay. The hot water in the shower was weak and had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to enjoy a refreshing shower or use the swimming pool.

During Christmas, we were given complimentary welcome drinks and cakes which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near the town center and was easily accessible. the view from the rooftop café was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset.

Our experience was tainted by the fact that we were given a different room than what we had booked for. the staff did apologize, but it was too late for us to move to the room we had wanted.

A warm welcome with a refreshing drink and delicious cake upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The hotel provided a complimentary entrance to a nearby swimming pool due to construction. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the city centre with friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect as it was close to many tourist spots. The breakfast had a wide variety with delicious options. The hotel facilities were great with a gym, rooftop terrace, and swimming pool.

The 1O1 Malang Oj is a hotel that offers enhanced comfort and quality services. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is very good as it is in the center and close to eating places. The staff here are incredible and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. They even accommodated our request for a late checkout so we could climb Mount Bromo. The breakfast was phenomenal with a huge array of options. The rooms were fantastic and the beds incredibly comfortable. The hotel also has a small fitness center and a swimming pool. The WiFi was strong and reliable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this venue.

There were no negative aspects during our stay. We would recommend this hotel to families for a comfortable and luxurious experience.
